The curatorial and art writing workshop aimed to expand access for the residents of Solo—particularly young people—to contemporary art spaces. As the city of Solo continues to evolve and is no longer defined solely as a classical cultural city, it faces the reality of having a limited number of adequate, affordable, and inclusively accessible art presentation spaces for all segments of society. The program was implemented in stages using a collective governance approach, emphasizing an equal-participation and collaboration-based working system grounded in a spirit of kinship, participation, collaboration, and a long-term orientation toward sustainable ecosystem development. This approach involved artists, audiences, partners, and the broader community. The event was carried out smoothly with a total of 15 participants. The participants came from various regions, including Salatiga, Yogyakarta, and Solo itself, and were predominantly young people. The outcome of this activity was the establishment of an art space called Tafata Art Hub, designed as a venue for diverse artistic activities, particularly in the city of Solo.

This community service program addressed the low level of financial literacy among adolescents at Posyandu Remaja Pejeng Kawan, Gianyar. Limited understanding of money management, inability to distinguish needs from wants, lack of saving habits, and absence of simple financial records indicated an urgent need for structured financial education. Strengthening financial literacy at an early age is essential to prevent consumptive behavior and to foster responsible financial attitudes in adulthood. The program was implemented through systematic stages, including observation, problem identification, training, evaluation, and reporting. A participatory approach was applied using interactive discussions, case examples, simple financial recording simulations, and a seven-day saving challenge. Evaluation was conducted qualitatively through observation of participation, reflective discussions, and assessment of participants’ ability to explain and practice the concepts learned. The results indicate improved understanding of money functions, clearer differentiation between needs and wants, increased awareness of saving, and initial practice of recording daily expenses. The program also strengthened the role of the youth health post as a life-skills development platform. Overall, the activity demonstrates that participatory financial education effectively enhances adolescents’ financial awareness and supports the formation of responsible financial behavior.

The development of Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) presents significant opportunities to support digital literacy and creativity in higher education. However, utilization of this technology among students still faces challenges, including limited understanding, technical skills, and ethical awareness. This community service activity was conducted on January 31, 2026, at STIDKI Al-Aziz Batam, involving 18 student participants from two study programs. The activity employed an educative-participatory approach comprising material presentations, interactive discussions, and hands-on practice sessions. Post-training evaluation was conducted using a Likert-scale questionnaire (scale 1-5) covering three dimensions: conceptual understanding, perceived benefits, and participant satisfaction. Results showed a mean score of 4.21 out of 5 (84.2%) for conceptual understanding of Generative AI, a mean perceived benefit score of 4.35 (87.0%), and an overall satisfaction score of 4.40 (88.0%). Furthermore, 88.9% of participants (16 of 18) met the minimum understanding threshold (score >= 4). These findings demonstrate that structured, practice based training significantly enhances students digital literacy competence and ethical awareness of AI use. The activity provides a tangible contribution to strengthening students digital capacities and is relevant for sustainable development.

Early Childhood Education plays a highly strategic role in preparing children holistically, including in building their readiness for the digital age. However, the reality on the ground shows that most students at Al-Amin Kindergarten in Ngamprah, West Bandung Regency, have never received basic computer instruction. This study aims to provide computer introduction guidance to early childhood students through the application of the storytelling method, presented in the form of a picture book titled “Dino Learns Computers.” This Community Service activity was attended by 22 students; the material covered included an introduction to computer hardware components, how to type, guidelines for responsible computer use, and the moral lessons contained in the story. Evaluation was conducted through a quiz session at the end of the activity. The results of the activity showed an increase in students’ understanding of basic computer introduction material, as evidenced by high enthusiasm, student engagement in responding to questions, and the courage to ask questions. The application of the storytelling method proved effective in creating a fun, interactive learning atmosphere aligned with the cognitive development stage of early childhood, thereby allowing the material to be conveyed more naturally and easily understood. The objective of this community service activity was to enhance public awareness and understanding of the significance of implementing occupational health and safety (OHS) practices in residential and domestic settings. The program was conducted in Batu Aji Residential Area, Batam City, from January to April 2026, targeting local residents and household heads. The implementation method employed a participatory approach through field observations, door-to-door socialization, direct counseling, interactive discussions, and the distribution of educational packages to the community. The observation results indicated that public awareness regarding environmental safety practices remained relatively low, particularly in terms of unsafe electrical installations, inadequate household waste management, and limited concern for environmental cleanliness. Following the implementation of the program, the community demonstrated improved understanding of safe electricity usage, the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness, proper household waste management, and simple accident prevention measures within the household environment. The door-to-door socialization method was considered effective in enhancing communication and encouraging active community participation. Organic waste management remains a critical environmental challenge in rural communities, driven by low public awareness and inadequate waste handling practices. This paper reports on a community service activity conducted through the Community Service Program (KKN) at Banjar Mukti, Desa Singapadu, Bali, involving students from Universitas PGRI Mahadewa Indonesia. The activity aimed to educate the community about organic waste management through two main interventions: (1) installation of informational signboards (plang sampah) at the final waste disposal site (TPA), displaying the decomposition timeline of various waste types; and (2) introduction of modern organic waste bins (tebe modern) as an alternative to open burning. Observations prior to the activity revealed that the majority of households still disposed of organic waste by burning or dumping indiscriminately, with no separation between organic and inorganic waste. The informational signboards presented data on waste decomposition times, ranging from weeks for organic matter to hundreds of years for plastic and glass, to raise community awareness. Due to program time constraints, post-activity behavioral change could not be formally measured. However, community members showed positive responses during the activity. Continued mentoring and follow-up evaluation are recommended to assess long-term impact.

The purpose of this community service is to facilitate business actors in obtaining halal certification easily. In addition, to increase income for UMKM/MSMEs (micro, small, and medium enterprises) in Indonesia, especially Batam. Then the government provides comfort to all consumers in consuming food sold by business actors. After that, the government protects the Indonesian people, especially Muslims, in consuming food sold by traders both on the streets and in traditional markets. In these matters, business actors need assistance to obtain halal certification, because not all business actors can understand the existing administration in halal. Then to obtain NIB, business actors must be assisted, because many things are unknown in making NIB. NIB is something that is mandatory to obtain halal certification. The method used to process this is an interview method between the business mentor and the business actor. Here the business mentor tries to obtain information owned by the business actor. The results obtained, the business actor successfully obtained a halal certificate as a requirement to sell its products at Alfamart and One Mall Batam.

Sidemen Silver Class is a prominent silver jewelry production house in Bali that offers two primary services: ready-made jewelry purchasing and custom ring crafting. The initial and critical step in custom ring making is finger size measurement. Currently, this process relies heavily on manual ring sizers through a trial-and-error approach. This conventional method is time-consuming, taking approximately one to five minutes per customer, which often leads to inefficiencies during peak hours. To address this issue, this study proposes an alternative solution by developing an automated ring size recommendation system utilizing an Arduino Uno and VL53L0X sensors. The system employs two opposing VL53L0X sensors to precisely measure the user's finger diameter. The captured diameter is then converted into international standard ring sizes using the circle circumference formula. Subsequently, a 16x2 I2C LCD displays the three closest size recommendations. This innovation is expected to significantly expedite the measurement process and improve operational efficiency at Sidemen Silver Class.

Generasi muda Minangkabau saat ini menghadapi tantangan dalam memahami dan menerapkan nilai-nilai adat, khususnya sumbang duo baleh sebagai pedoman perilaku dan berbahasa yang santun. Derasnya arus teknologi dan informasi menyebabkan terjadinya akulturasi budaya yang berdampak pada memudarnya pemahaman siswa terhadap dua belas kaidah perilaku tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mentransformasikan nilai sumbang duo baleh demi penguatan karakter siswa SMK Negeri 1 X Koto Singkarak. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan dialogis melalui dialog dan diskusi terbuka bersama 50 siswa dari kelas X, XI, dan XII serta 8 orang guru yang dilaksanakan pada 18 Maret 2025. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap dua belas nilai sumbang duo baleh, meliputi sumbang duduak, tagak, bajalan, kato, mancaliak, makan, bapakaian, karajo, tanyo, jawek, bagaua, dan kurenah. Transformasi nilai dilakukan melalui tiga strategi, yaitu integrasi dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, program pembiasaan di lingkungan sekolah, serta pemanfaatan media digital. Keberlanjutan kegiatan dirancang melalui pemunculan slogan-slogan adat di lingkungan sekolah dan pembudayaan berbahasa santun dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kegiatan ini menegaskan bahwa nilai-nilai kearifan lokal Minangkabau tetap relevan dan dapat diinternalisasi oleh generasi muda di era digital melalui kolaborasi antara sekolah, keluarga, dan masyarakat.

This community service program aimed to improve the academic communication politeness of senior high school students in Batam through training based on Politeness Theory (Brown & Levinson, 1987) and the Cooperative Principle (Grice, 1975). The program was designed to foster polite, empathetic, cooperative, and effective interactions among students, teachers, and peers, thereby promoting a positive interaction culture in the classroom. The identified problems included the frequent use of direct speech, limited awareness of politeness strategies, and insufficient understanding of maintaining interpersonal respect in academic communication. The training was conducted through lectures, group discussions, simulations, and role-play activities focusing on polite academic interactions. Evaluation was carried out using classroom observations and a Likert-scale questionnaire completed by 34 participating students. The findings revealed that the students’ level of academic communication politeness was categorized as very high, with an overall mean score of 4.23 out of 5. The highest scores were found in students’ understanding of the purpose of polite communication (M = 4.47) and their perception that polite communication creates a more comfortable learning environment (M = 4.38). The program contributed to strengthening students’ awareness of respectful communication, appreciation of differing opinions, and the development of a positive and harmonious classroom interaction culture.

Community empowerment is a crucial strategy for increasing self-reliance in facing current social and economic challenges. One crucial aspect of this empowerment is the development of skills and expertise that can directly benefit the community. Soap, a daily necessity, is generally produced through a chemical process. Soap consists of a mixture of several chemicals processed through a transesterification or saponification reaction. Currently, there are various types of soap available, and if the ingredients are not used appropriately, they can cause side effects, such as dry skin or irritation. The purpose of this outreach program is to provide training in making solid soap within the Kuttab Al Fatih (KAF) Gedebage Islamic boarding school environment, to achieve economic independence, and to educate students about selecting the right, safe composition using natural ingredients. The results showed that the training participants were able to understand the soap-making process, select the appropriate and safe ingredient composition, and produce soap independently. Furthermore, a soap community was formed that receives regular mentoring, thereby reducing dependence on commercial products.

The development of information technology has brought significant changes to various areas of life, including healthcare. One rapidly developing technology is data science, a discipline that utilizes data processing, statistics, and computational techniques to generate useful information to support decision-making. In healthcare, data science can be used to analyze health data, identify disease patterns, support disease prevention programs, and improve the quality of public health services. However, public understanding and skills in utilizing data science for health data analysis are still relatively limited. Therefore, a Community Service (PKM) activity themed "Data Science Education and Training for Health Data Analysis to Support a Healthy Community in Padang Panjang City" was implemented to improve public literacy and competency in utilizing data technology for healthcare.The activity implementation method included observation and identification of participant needs, program planning, delivery of educational materials, training in the use of RapidMiner software, practical health data analysis, and mentoring and evaluation of the activity. The materials provided covered basic data science concepts, data processing stages, data visualization, and the application of health data analysis using case studies relevant to community conditions. The results of the activity showed that participants gained increased knowledge and skills in understanding Data Science concepts and were able to perform simple health data analysis using RapidMiner. The high level of participant enthusiasm during the training demonstrated that this activity provided tangible benefits and was relevant to community needs. Overall, this activity successfully increased community capacity in utilizing health data as a basis for decision-making and supported the creation of a healthier, smarter, and data-driven society in Padang Panjang City.

The community service program held at SMA 1 Kota Batam, with the theme "The Role of the School Environment and Social Networks in Student Achievement," is quite an interesting topic in the era of technology and Generation Z. The objectives of this community service program are: 1) to provide education and understanding about the importance of student awareness of the school environment, and 2) to provide students with an understanding of the importance of socializing with friends at school and in the community. A comfortable school environment is crucial, considering that the influence of the school environment, such as the physical environment, including the school building, adequate facilities, and infrastructure, significantly impacts student academic and non-academic achievement. The implementation of appropriate learning methods for Generation Z is also necessary to prevent boredom and fatigue in the classroom. Good school social networks can increase student motivation and achievement. Student social groups can shape students' character in learning. This is important because character is formed through group and collaborative learning activities, which students engage in to improve achievement. Furthermore, the role of teachers in shaping students' character, leading to commitment and continuous improvement in school and community achievement, is also crucial.

PELATIHAN STRATEGI PENGERJAAN SOAL TKA BAHASA INGGRIS BAGI SISWA KELAS XII SMKN 3 KOTA SOLOK

This community service activity aimed to support the readiness of twelfth-grade students at SMKN 3 Kota Solok in preparing for the English Academic Ability Test (TKA). The activity was developed in response to several challenges identified during the preliminary needs analysis, including limited familiarity with TKA question formats, ineffective reading strategies, inadequate academic vocabulary, and difficulties in managing time during tests. An educative-participatory approach was implemented through interactive lectures, strategy demonstrations, guided practice, and collaborative discussion of test items. The training focused on practical test-taking strategies, including skimming and scanning techniques, identifying main ideas and keywords, eliminating implausible answer choices, and managing time effectively. Based on observations during the training, students’ practice activities, and participant reflections, the program indicated positive changes in students’ understanding of TKA question characteristics, the use of reading strategies, time-management awareness, and confidence in approaching literacy-based assessments. The findings suggest that explicit strategy instruction combined with authentic test simulation can provide meaningful learning experiences that support students’ academic and psychological preparedness for literacy-based assessments. The approach also offers a practical model for assisting vocational high school students in preparing for the English TKA.

Orderly and transparent financial management of Neighborhood Associations (Rukun Tetangga/RT) is an essential factor in supporting accountability in community fund management. One of the common challenges faced by RT administrators is the continued use of manual cash-book recording systems, which may lead to recording errors, data loss, and delays in preparing financial reports. This Community Service Program (PKM) aimed to optimize digital-based RT cash management through training and mentoring on the use of Microsoft Excel for the administrators of RT 04/RW 04, Bambu Kuning, Batam. The implementation methods included initial observation, socialization, training sessions, hands-on practice, and continuous mentoring. The training materials covered the creation of digital cash books, recording of cash inflows and outflows, the application of basic Microsoft Excel formulas, and the preparation of automated cash reports. The results demonstrated an improvement in participants’ knowledge and skills in managing RT finances digitally. After participating in the program, the participants were able to record financial transactions and independently generate cash reports using Microsoft Excel. This activity had a positive impact on enhancing the efficiency of financial administration, simplifying report preparation, and promoting transparency and accountability in the management of RT funds.

Digital marketing is a marketing strategy that uses digital platforms and the internet (such as social media, search engines, and websites) to promote products or services. Micro-businesses in Batam upload photos or videos of their products to social media and provide engaging content to attract consumers. The Yaa Bunayya Orphanage in Batam has housed many orphaned and abandoned children, with a total of 53 foster children, 33 of whom are high school/vocational school students. To support its operational activities, the orphanage is open to donations and community contributions. Agricultural products such as corn, bananas, sweet potatoes, and others are also a source of income for the orphanage. The problem that occurred at the Yaa Bunayya Orphanage was that agricultural products were sold to traditional markets at low prices. The result of this community service is that students are able to understand product marketing using digital marketing, starting from the packaging, branding, promotion, and digital marketing stages for high school/vocational school students at the Yaa Bunayya Orphanage in Batam. Introduction to and utilization of digital marketing in the form of online media in marketing, including social networking, blogs, media sharing, social bookmarking, wikis, and others. Understanding marketing as a form of entrepreneurship from an early age.

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to improve financial management efficiency in the MSME “Warung Bakso & Mie Ayam Ojo Lali” through the implementation of the Teman Bisnis application as a financial digitalization effort. The problems faced by the partner include manual transaction recording, unstructured bookkeeping, and limitations in preparing accurate financial reports. This study is based on various studies and community service activities conducted by researchers from Institut Bisnis dan Informatika (IBI) Kosgoro 1957, which indicate that the utilization of digital technology can improve the quality of MSME financial management. The implementation methods include observation, socialization, training, and assistance in using the Teman Bisnis application. The results show that the implementation of the Teman Bisnis application helps business owners record financial transactions in a more organized, systematic, and real-time manner. In addition, partners gain a better understanding of their financial condition, enabling them to make more appropriate business decisions. Therefore, financial digitalization through this application is expected to enhance efficiency and sustainability of Warung Bakso & Mie Ayam Ojo Lali’s business.

PENGUATAN KOMPETENSI PUBLIC SPEAKING BERBASIS SIMULASI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KESIAPAN KARIR MAHASISWA

Speaking skills are crucial for students to face academic and professional demands in the global era; however, low self-confidence and difficulties in delivering ideas systematically remain prevalent. This community service activity aims to enhance students' communication competence through the "Speak with Confidence" training program. Involving 50 students, the program was implemented using an andragogical approach and experiential learning, comprising needs assessment, interactive material delivery, simulations, role-play, and comprehensive evaluation using pre-tests, post-tests, performance observation, and satisfaction surveys. The results indicated significant improvements in both knowledge and skills. Conceptual understanding increased by 26.25%, while practical speaking skills improved by 27.16%, with the most notable increase in self-confidence (35%). Furthermore, participant satisfaction reached 92.4%. These findings demonstrate that a practice-oriented andragogical approach effectively reduces psychological barriers and builds students' communication competence, strategically preparing adaptable and competitive graduates for the professional world.

Waste problems have become one of the increasing environmental challenges, especially in densely populated residential areas. The lack of public awareness in sorting organic and inorganic waste causes environmental pollution and decreases public health quality. The socialization activity on sorting organic and inorganic waste in Banjar Mukti, Singapadu Village aims to increase public knowledge, understanding, and awareness regarding the importance of waste management starting from households. This activity was conducted in February 2026 and was attended by approximately 10 participants consisting of PKK mothers and heads of households in Banjar Mukti. The methods used in this activity included observation, counseling, discussion, waste sorting demonstrations, and direct practice with the community. The results of the activity showed that the community began to understand the differences between organic and inorganic waste and the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness. This socialization also had a positive impact on changing community behavior in disposing of and sorting waste according to its type. Through this activity, it is hoped that the people of Banjar Mukti can implement proper and sustainable waste management in order to create a clean, healthy, and comfortable environment.

Batik is one of Indonesia’s cultural heritages that embodies not only artistic value but also philosophical meanings, symbols, and stories reflecting the beliefs and traditions of Indonesian society. Similar to traditional Japanese motifs, which often carry cultural meanings and represent values, wishes, and identities, Indonesian batik motifs are also rich in symbolic significance and cultural narratives. Understanding batik, therefore, involves appreciating both its visual beauty and the meanings embedded within its patterns. This community engagement program was conducted at the Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia (KJRI) in Osaka and involved learners of Indonesian as a Foreign Language (BIPA) from Japan. Through this activity, participants gained basic batik-making skills while developing a deeper understanding of Indonesian culture and values. Research by Effendy and Oktiani (2024) shows that cybersecurity literacy is crucial for adolescents in dealing with online manipulation. Based on this urgency, the community service team held an interactive counseling session themed " Fast, Creative, and Safe Social Media Education Through a Digital Treasure Hunt at Madrasah Aliyah Bina Insani "The activity took place on Thursday, January 22, 2026, in the classroom of MA Bina Insani. This seminar-style counseling was attended by 28 students who actively participated through discussions and question-and-answer sessions. As a token of appreciation, the team also presented a certificate of commendation as a souvenir. Field evaluations indicated that the school felt greatly assisted by the program. Through this activity, students began to understand digital threats such as cyberbullying and fake news. The Principal, Mr. Samsudin, S.Pd.I., welcomed and fully supported this program so that students could become more responsible in using social media.

The community service activity at SMK YPKK 1 Gamping aims to align the vocational education curriculum with industry standards through the introduction of Agile and Scrum methods using the JIRA application. The main challenge faced was the students' lack of understanding of professional project management tools, so this training focused on mastering JIRA features such as Scrum/Kanban boards and issue tracking. Through training and mentoring of 30 students, there was a significant increase in competence. Data shows that the highest score on the pre-test was 80 (9 participants), which then increased on the post-test to a perfect score of 100 achieved by 15 participants. The evaluation results concluded that 50% of participants had achieved the maximum level of understanding in operating JIRA. Thus, this implementation successfully bridged the gap between academic theory and the practical needs of the workplace, while equipping students with globally relevant project management skills.

This community service (PKM) initiative addresses the conceptual confusion among eleventh-grade students at SMK PGRI 1 Cimahi regarding the differences between Visual Basic (VB) and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA). This tumpangsari or overlap in understanding hindered their efficiency in advanced visual programming and automated data processing. To resolve this issue, a half-day interactive seminar and semi-workshop were conducted for 36 active students. The program combined theoretical insights on the distinct purposes, environments, and functions of VB and VBA with hands-on practices, such as activating the Excel Developer tab. Evaluation via Quizizz confirmed that students successfully acquired the technical skills to distinguish and utilize both platforms. Beyond technical competencies, the session enhanced students' digital literacy, cybersecurity awareness, and professional communication ethics. Ultimately, this initiative successfully fulfilled the Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi and fostered essential digital readiness for the students' upcoming internship programs.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia continue to face significant challenges in managing standardized financial reporting. Thrift Can Be Fun Store, a thrift fashion retail business located at Jl. Raya Krukut No.15, Krukut, Limo District, Depok City, West Java 16514, encountered difficulties in systematic financial recording and in preparing reports in accordance with the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM). This community service activity aimed to implement the Majoo application as a digital Point of Sale (POS) solution capable of generating SAK EMKM-based financial reports. The method employed was direct mentoring through a series of activities including survey, socialization, training, and evaluation. The results show that the implementation of Majoo successfully recorded total sales of Rp603,867,750.00 with 4,985 products sold across 3,158 transactions during the period of February to April 2026. Of the total transactions, 45.76% were conducted via bank transfer, contributing 56.12% of total revenue, while the remainder used cash payments. The adoption of Majoo proved effective in assisting the partner in compiling product sales reports, payment method reports, and daily transaction records, which serve as the foundation for preparing financial statements in accordance with SAK EMKM standards.

The environmental threat of plastic waste has prompted the Pontianak City Government to issue a plastic-free Eid al-Adha policy through Pontianak Mayor's Circular Letter Number 30 of 2024 concerning the Implementation of Eid al-Adha Without Plastic Waste, which aligns with the Circular Letter of the Minister of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia Number: SE.6/MENLHK/PSLB3/PLB.0/6/2024. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of the plastic-free Eid al-Adha policy in Pontianak City. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data were obtained from observation, documentation studies, and literature reviews. The results of this study found that the Pontianak City Government, through the Pontianak City Environmental Agency, implemented the policy through three stages: (1) outreach and education; (2) provision of supporting facilities; and (3) collaboration with various communities. Implementation of this regulation still faces challenges, including providing subsidies from the government or corporate CSR programs, establishing partnerships with local artisan MSMEs, and establishing a bank or loan program. Furthermore, strengthening regulations, monitoring implementation, and enforcing sanctions are also necessary for the plastic-free Eid al-Adha policy.

Government Regulation (PP) Number 20 of 2026 introduced significant changes to the eligibility criteria for Indonesia's 0.5% final income tax scheme, creating uncertainty among small business taxpayers regarding their tax obligations. This community service activity aimed to improve the understanding of the management of PT Syindo Mulia Perkasa, a single-shareholder limited liability company (Perseroan Perorangan), regarding the implications of the new regulation and its continued eligibility for the final income tax facility. The activity was conducted through preliminary needs assessment, regulatory socialization, case-based discussions, and interactive question-and-answer sessions involving the company owner and accounting staff. The results indicate that participants initially had limited knowledge of PP Number 20 of 2026 but, after the socialization, were able to correctly identify the applicable tax provisions, distinguish the tax treatment between Perseroan Perorangan and ordinary limited liability companies, and understand the conditions required to maintain eligibility for the 0.5% final income tax scheme. The activity successfully enhanced participants' awareness and reduced misconceptions regarding the implementation of the new regulation. These findings demonstrate that targeted regulatory socialization plays an important role in strengthening tax compliance and providing legal certainty for small business taxpayers..

The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative study using observation and interviews with small- to medium-scale technology entrepreneurs in urban and semi-urban areas. For example, Cake House Aurora is still a home-based business. They still use manual marketing methods, resulting in limited sales. However, increasing digital literacy and the success of technology-based businesses will help Cake House Aurora. Furthermore, empowerment initiatives through digital communities, business incubators, and cross-sector collaboration play a crucial role in accelerating technology adoption. Therefore, empowerment in digital transformation must be directed at developing an innovative, collaborative, and adaptive mindset to change. This community service activity aimed to improve students' understanding and readiness in facing the Academic Competency Test (TKA). The activity was conducted at SMK Negeri 3 Solok involving 154 students of grade XII from Hospitality, Culinary, and Fashion Design departments. The methods used consisted of interactive lectures, question analysis sessions, and simulations. The results showed that students' understanding of TKA characteristics and problem-solving strategies improved. Approximately 90% of participants stated that the simulation helped them understand the types of questions better, while 100% of students considered the explanation of tips and strategies easy to understand. The activity also increased students' confidence and time management skills in answering TKA questions. Therefore, continuous assistance is needed to strengthen students' readiness in facing higher education entrance examinations.

This community service initiative addresses the pressing need for comprehensive digital capacity-building among adolescent student leaders through an integrated training program at SMAK Immanuel Batam. Extending beyond simple legal lectures, this 5-week course offers a multidisciplinary approach built on three main pillars: Digital Legal Literacy (Cyber Law), Structural Leadership Communication, and Practical Digital Archiving with Google Sites. Its goal is to enable Grade XI and XII Student Council (OSIS) representatives to confidently navigate digital organizational environments responsibly and avoid legal issues under Law Number 1 of 2024 (The Amended ITE Law). Conducted over five sessions, the program used interactive lectures, real-world cybercrime case studies, and hands-on activities where students created digital archive repositories. The initiative led to a noticeable change in attitude, greatly enhancing students' understanding of data privacy and digital law boundaries. Feedback showed the program’s immediate practical benefits, with participants gaining proficiency in managing cloud documents systematically. Despite challenges like limited legal knowledge among youth, the program's results indicate a positive trend towards developing law-abiding, digitally skilled student leaders. It is recommended that schools embed this comprehensive model into their annual leadership curricula.

This community service program aims to improve the institutional capacity and business management capabilities of the Nagari Koto Hilalang Coffee Farmers Group. The program was implemented in several stages: outreach to partners and stakeholders on May 18, 2025, business management and financial literacy training on May 23, 2025, and post-harvest coffee processing training on June 6, 2025. Methods used included lectures, discussions, demonstrations, and hands-on practice. The business management training materials covered business planning, organization, simple financial record keeping, and group institutional restructuring. The results of the program demonstrated an increase in group members' understanding of business governance, financial record keeping, and post-harvest coffee handling techniques, which is expected to improve the quality and economic value of the coffee produced. This activity also strengthened the synergy between the farmer group and stakeholders in supporting sustainable coffee business development.

Hal ini juga terjadi pada Warung Nuansa Betawi – None Ika yang selama ini menjalankan usahanya tanpa pembukuan formal dan hanya mengandalkan ingatan serta perkiraan. Melalui Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM), dilakukan penerapan sistem akuntansi sederhana berbasis Microsoft Excel sekaligus perbaikan pengelolaan persediaan dengan tahapan kegiatan berupa identifikasi masalah, penyusunan template, pelatihan, pendampingan, hingga evaluasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pemilik usaha mampu beralih ke sistem pencatatan yang lebih rapi dan terintegrasi melalui delapan lembar kerja, yaitu Dashboard, Penjualan Harian, Pembelian, Pengelolaan Persediaan, Laba Rugi, Neraca, sehingga dapat menyusun laporan keuangan secara mandiri, memantau persediaan dengan lebih akurat, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan usaha yang berbasis data.

Scientific literacy encompasses not only the ability to understand scientific concepts but also the capacity to connect science to everyday life and apply that knowledge to problem-solving. Preliminary observations at SMAN 2 Solok City revealed that students' scientific literacy levels remain low. This issue contributes to weak critical and analytical thinking skills, as well as insufficient readiness for advanced studies or academic competitions. To address this challenge, the community service team proposes an integrated biology outreach program designed to enhance students' scientific literacy. The program employs a contextual approach by presenting real-world problems relevant to the students' daily lives. Activities are structured as interactive discussions that combine biological concepts with mathematical analysis. The intended outcomes of this initiative are: (1) improved scientific literacy among SMAN 2 Solok City students, and (2) publication and documentation of the activities. Through this program, it is expected that students will become more proficient in integrating scientific knowledge, develop critical thinking skills, and achieve a higher level of scientific literacy.

The increasing popularity of social networking applications among the younger generation raises crucial issues regarding digital ethics and responsible communicative behavior, educational efforts are needed through various educational channels. This community service program is designed to strengthen the understanding and ability of teenagers in managing social media platforms ethically and responsibly through a specific training program implemented at the Syamsul Huda Islamic Boarding School in Batam. This activity involved 25 school participants with a participatory method consisting of six phases, namely: counseling, interaction-based training, digital content workshop sessions, group forums, practical sessions, and assessments, complemented by pre-test and post-test measurements to evaluate the program's success. Evaluation data shows a 78% increase in understanding of digital ethics and a 65% increase in communication skills through social media platforms, while the level of participant satisfaction with the program reached 92% based on the results of a questionnaire conducted after the training. This training program also plays an important role in improving the quality of social media applications among teenagers and helping them develop wiser attitudes in digital interactions, in line with the initiative to form a digital generation that has ethical integrity and is able to communicate constructively.

Yayasan Syahron Badawi, located in Sagulung District, Batam City, manages various categories of personal data belonging to administrators, educators, students, parents, employees, and donors. However, preliminary observations indicated that the foundation's administrators had limited understanding of the legal principles governing personal data protection as stipulated in Law Number 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection. This community service program aimed to enhance the legal awareness and competence of foundation administrators in managing personal data securely and in compliance with applicable regulations. The program employed a participatory approach through legal counseling, interactive discussions, case studies, and practical assistance. The activities focused on introducing the fundamental principles of personal data protection, the rights of data subjects, the obligations of data controllers, and preventive measures to mitigate the risks of data misuse and breaches. The implementation of the program improved participants' understanding of legal responsibilities and encouraged the adoption of safer and more accountable data management practices within the foundation. This initiative demonstrates that legal counseling is an effective strategy for strengthening legal awareness and promoting sustainable personal data governance in community-based institutions.

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan X Koto Di Atas, Kabupaten Solok, dalam memanfaatkan digital marketing sebagai strategi pemasaran produk. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyampaian materi, pelatihan, praktik langsung pembuatan konten digital, serta pendampingan penggunaan media sosial sebagai media promosi. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 25 pelaku UMKM yang bergerak di berbagai bidang usaha. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam mengelola media sosial bisnis, membuat konten promosi, serta memanfaatkan platform digital untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar. Selain itu, peserta menunjukkan perubahan sikap yang lebih positif terhadap penerapan teknologi digital dalam pengembangan usaha. Meskipun masih terdapat kendala berupa keterbatasan akses internet dan konsistensi dalam pengelolaan media sosial, pelatihan ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kapasitas dan daya saing UMKM. Oleh karena itu, pendampingan secara berkelanjutan diperlukan agar implementasi digital marketing dapat dilakukan secara optimal dan mampu mendukung keberlanjutan usaha.

This community service program aimed to strengthen the digital entrepreneurship competencies of students at SMK Negeri 1 Batam by developing a sustainable entrepreneurship ecosystem. The program addressed students’ limited understanding of digital business, online marketing, and business planning despite their strong interest in entrepreneurship. The activities were conducted through interactive lectures, workshops, participatory learning, discussions, mentoring, and business project assistance involving 30 vocational students. Training materials included digital entrepreneurship, Business Model Canvas (BMC), digital marketing, product branding, social media utilization, and the application of artificial intelligence in business. Program evaluation was carried out through pre- and post-assessments, observations, and participants’ business project presentations. The results showed significant improvements in students’ knowledge, digital business skills, entrepreneurial confidence, and ability to develop business ideas and simple business models. The program also strengthened collaboration between the university and the school, creating a supportive learning environment for digital entrepreneurship. Overall, this initiative demonstrates that digital entrepreneurship training effectively enhances vocational students’ entrepreneurial competencies and supports the development of innovative and sustainable young entrepreneurs.

This community service activity aims to improve service excellence among the employees of Warung Mie Ayam & Bakso Homemade on Jalan Pinang Raya, Pondok Labu, South Jakarta, enabling them to provide friendly, fast, and responsive service to customers. The activity was carried out in four stages: an initial observation and interview, development of training materials, implementation of training consisting of lectures and service simulations (role play) for employees, and an evaluation using observation checklists before and after the training. Following the training, the employees showed improvement in applying smiles, greetings, and polite salutations, in responding to orders more quickly, and in handling customer complaints compared with the pre-training condition. These findings indicate that service excellence training is effective in improving the service quality of small-scale culinary MSME employees and has the potential to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty toward the mie ayam and bakso stall.

The activity was carried out through socialization methods, delivery of educational materials, interactive discussions, and the provision of healthy menu examples tailored to daily nutritional needs. The materials presented included the introduction of balanced nutrition concepts, the selection of healthy food ingredients, the importance of consuming vegetables and fruits, reducing foods high in sugar, salt, and fat, as well as the implementation of healthy lifestyles within school and family environments. Through this activity, teachers are expected to become health education agents for students and the surrounding community. This community service activity also represents the implementation of the tridharma of higher education, particularly in community empowerment through health education and increasing awareness of the importance of healthy eating habits. Collaboration between lecturers and students is expected to strengthen the relationship between higher education institutions and the community while providing sustainable positive impacts on the educational environment.
