This article describes training on the practice of deviant behavior carried out by senior high school (SMA) students who are in the Malikussaleh University campus environment. The training was conducted at Pupuk Iskandar Muda (PIM) Private High School, Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency. The background of the implementation of this training is the increasingly widespread deviant behavior committed by adolescents, especially high school students, both within the school and outside the school. The school, which was originally expected to be the center of education, has instead become one of the loci of deviant behavior activities itself. Schools through counseling guidance teachers (BK) must work extra hard to deal with the growing situation. This training guides students to behave in accordance with the values and rules that have been agreed upon by all members of society. No longer do actions that violate the rules at school, such as smoking, fighting, insulting and mocking friends, dropping out of school and others even to the point of committing motorcycle robbery, getting involved in drugs and being caught in raids when skipping school. This training also explained about the practice of deviant behavior that can be punished by using special criminal laws for children.

Dalam jurnal pengabdian ini, tim pengabdian bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman Generasi Z tentang pentingnya pembuatan konten. Pelatihan pembuatan konten video untuk media sosial di SMKN 42 Jakarta Barat bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan siswa dalam memproduksi konten kreatif yang relevan di platform media sosial. Kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk menjawab kebutuhan Generasi Z yang semakin bergantung pada media sosial sebagai sarana ekspresi diri dan komunikasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan adalah Participatory Learning and Action (PLA), yang memungkinkan peserta untuk belajar secara aktif dan terlibat langsung dalam setiap tahapan produksi konten. Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa mengenai pentingnya media sosial, serta kemampuan mereka dalam menggunakan aplikasi populer seperti Canva dan CapCut untuk membuat video yang menarik dan sesuai dengan preferensi audiens. Selain itu, pelatihan ini juga memberikan wawasan mengenai strategi pemasaran konten di media sosial untuk meningkatkan engagement dan jangkauan audiens. Pelatihan berhasil memberikan dampak positif, meskipun terdapat tantangan dalam hal keterbatasan waktu dan variasi tingkat keterampilan peserta.

Some of the majors available at the school include Accounting, Electrical Engineering and Automotive, which are majors that are in great demand by prospective students. Community service carried out by a team of Putera Batam University lecturers aims to share knowledge with the community/school, which is one form of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The current theme of service is the role of teachers and school culture in forming superior students at Hang Nadim Vocational School, Batam, which is an analysis and the results of a survey conducted by the service team at Hang Nadim Vocational School, Batam. The results of the service carried out can be concluded, namely: 1) The role of teachers is very important in educating superior students who have character so that students can have skills and competencies that can compete in society. 2) A good school environment that supports student activities can provide superior student growth and be responsible for the tasks and obligations given by the teachers. School culture can shape the character of students who are able and adapt quickly by sharing a more flexible environment so as to provide students with comfort in completing their studies.

Agriculture plays an important role in the economic structure of Agam Regency, where the majority of the population relies on agriculture as their main source of income. A well-functioning irrigation system is essential to support this agricultural sector, and its optimal management is essential. Inadequate irrigation management can have various negative impacts, including the conversion of agricultural land into empty or unproductive land, which then impacts regional income and the welfare of local farmers. This study emphasizes how irrigation assets are managed in Agam Regency and the obstacles encountered. In a region that is predominantly dependent on agriculture, approximately 70% of the land is used for agriculture, including 885 irrigation sites that require efficient management and rehabilitation, often carried out by authorities together with farmer groups. This research focuses on answering the urgent need for an integrated information system for irrigation management in Agam Regency. It is aspiring to develop a roadmap for implementing smart irrigation through information systems. Furthermore, practical investigations will develop information systems to facilitate decision-making processes in better irrigation management. The research methodology uses a qualitative descriptive method, which involves collecting data through questionnaires and interviews with relevant stakeholders, parties from government and farmer groups. Data will be processed using descriptive statistical analysis, focusing on the main problems identified during the research. Result of this study as a basic step towards developing an integrated information system for smart irrigation management in Agam Regency, which aims to improve agricultural sustainability, increase income and resource efficiency..

A banner is a medium used to convey specific information aimed at the general public. A billboard is a promotional medium used to announce events or activities related to the broader community. Printing plays a crucial role in ensuring that banners and billboards are free from spelling or grammatical errors. If spelling is incorrect, such errors can create a negative perception of both the client and the printing company, potentially damaging the professional image of both parties. This community engagement activity was carried out by providing training to employees of Roza 6 Suku printing company in Solok City. The training used lectures, Q&A, discussions, and practical exercises on punctuation in title writing on banners and billboards. Overall, participants were receptive to the material presented by the trainer, which offered an alternative solution to improve their knowledge and skills in spelling Indonesian correctly, with a focus on proper punctuation in banner and billboard writing. The application of PUEBI in printing also raises awareness of the importance of language quality in visual communication, demonstrating the social responsibility of the printing company to preserve language integrity.

This activity includes intensive training on data processing using computer science-based tools and methods, designed to improve students' ability to understand, analyze and apply data in making business decisions. A collaborative approach involving academics, industry practitioners and vocational educators ensures that the material presented is relevant to the needs of industry and MSMEs. The results of this program show a significant increase in participants' understanding and skills in data analytics, as well as the real contribution of Boedi Luhur Vocational School students in supporting the development of local MSMEs. This study provides empirical evidence that synergy between educational institutions, industry and vocational schools can be a model of sustainability in developing technology-based human resource capacity.

Dengan mempercayai produk UMKM, bangsa Indonesia akan memperkuat persatuan Indonesia dan meningkatkan ketahanan bangsa dan negara, sehingga negara asing ragu untuk memasarkan produk mereka di dalam negeri. Akuntansi adalah "bahasa" yang akan dikomunikasikan kepada pengguna. Dalam akuntansi, ada empat laporan yang akan dihasilkan: laporan laba rugi, laporan arus kas, neraca, dan laporan perubahan ekuitas. Oleh karena itu, standar akuntansi keuangan (SAK) diperlukan dalam penyusunannya agar laporan keuangan yang dihasilkan berkualitas baik. This community service activity aims to realize the work program of the chemical engineering study program, serve the community, build a spirit of mutual cooperation and social care, and prepare students in accordance with the development and demands of society. The target of the activity is the community of Cimanggu Village, Ngamprah District, West Bandung Regency. This activity is based on Pancasila, Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, and chemical engineering study program. The activity took place over two days, June 24-25, 2023, in Cimanggu Village. The first day was filled with persuasion to the community, and the second day was filled with socialization about making ecoenzymes from vegetable and fruit waste as soil fertilizers, and making tofu nuggets with the residents. This activity has been carried out well, and the entire series of events have been realized, including persuasion of residents, making ecoenzymes, socializing tofu nuggets, and helping residents with gardening. The response of the residents was quite enthusiastic.

As a leader, you should also be able to speak in public and make presentations. Converting an oral message to an audience is essential in conveying ideas and messages to be widely understood. For this reason, SMAK Immanuel Batam students must be prepared as early as possible to speak well in public. This program was implemented at SMAK Immanuel Batam, where OSIS members were for class X Science and Social Sciences. This exercise uses training as a means of carrying out community service. Mentoring or lectures, conversations, and practice are part of the training, including public speaking techniques and developing presentation concepts. These exercises help participants learn how to manage nervousness and fear when giving a public speech and how to develop a practical presentation of ideas. The students enjoyed the activities, which lasted for 5 days.

Abstract

The women's movement in Indonesia has active involvement in the political field, but there is still a gap in terms of women's participation and representation in formal political structures. Women's political representation is quite important if we want to have a gender-friendly democracy. After the publication of PKPU number 10 of 2023, the position of women was degraded and of course this is very dangerous for gender equality, the existence of this provision gave rise to a polemic in terms of the hierarchy of PKPU statutory regulations, which directly contradicts Law number 7 of 2017 concerning elections which states women's representation is at least 30%, legal feminist theory sees that this representation figure actually makes women's position weaker. The type of research used is library research using the statutory approach method. Meanwhile, the analysis used is juridical-normative analysis, where in this case the author will describe an event by providing analysis through the lens that the author uses. through theories, principles, concepts and other things that are interrelated. Whereas the regulations issued by the KPU, namely PKPU number 10 of 2023, place women's position in a reductive marginal position in politics or the arena of political contestation in 2024. Whereas from the perspective of feminist legal theory its nature is rejection or refusal, this theory emphasizes the aspect of equality based on arguments. and also ideology, a feminist legal theory perspective certainly rejects the 30% female representation figure because it directly makes women marginal-reduce.

This MSME was established in 2018 by the owner himself with help from neighbors around the house(Yunaz et al., 2020). As an economic operator who develops a product by himself, one must know the production cost of a product according to the production cost formula. Assessing production costs helps in improving the understanding of micro, small, and medium entrepreneurs who are directly involved in their production process. In this study, data was collected using the standard method through a survey to the owner of Nasi Bakar Babeh Nur MSME. Objectives From this activity, we only want to gain an understanding of how production costs at MSME Nasi Bakar Babeh Nur are calculated. We hope that after the training program, input data and information related to the calculation of production costs in accordance with the accounting system will be available for use by business actors.

Oleh karena itu, Kelompok pengmas kami ingin hadir untuk mensosialisasikan cara penyusunan laporan secara sistematis dan sesuai dengan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk UMKM yang mempunyai usaha ternak ikan bawal yang beralamat di Desa Pasir Halang, Kecamatan Sukaraja, Kabupaten Jampang Sukabumi, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Kelompok pengmas kami melakukan wawancara untuk mendapatkan data yang dibutuhkan. Setelah melakukan wawancara dengan kegiatan tersebut, kami mendapat informasi bahwa pelaku usaha UMKM di desa belum dapat menyusun laporan keuangan sesuai dengan standar akuntansi.

Pelaporan pajak merupakan kewajiban setiap warga negara yang harus dilakukan secara tepat waktu dan benar. Namun, masih terdapat banyak kendala yang dihadapi masyarakat, seperti kurangnya pemahaman akan prosedur pelaporan dan keterbatasan waktu. Artikel ini membahas kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan kemudahan pelaporan pajak melalui penerapan e-Filing di Perumahan Buana Central Park. Kegiatan ini meliputi sosialisasi manfaat e-Filing, pelatihan teknis pengisian, dan pendampingan langsung. This community empowerment activity aims to increase awareness and involvement of youth and mothers in systematic waste management, as well as to realize a structured waste management strategy through the "Keranjang Sedekah Sampah" and "Maggot Cultivation" initiatives. This activity is carried out by providing socialization to provide basic knowledge about waste management, workshops to train practical skills such as waste sorting and maggot cultivation, mentoring to ensure effective program implementation, and evaluation to assess the success and sustainability of the program in the community. The results of this community service activity show the enthusiasm of participation, especially from mothers, in sorting waste and adopting maggot cultivation as a solution to organic waste management. This community service activity also succeeded in establishing "Keranjang Sedekah Sampah" points and a pilot site for "Maggot Cultivation". However, youth participation still needs to be improved, and there are challenges in the form of resistance to maggot cultivation. This program significantly improved the community's understanding of sustainable waste management, but further efforts are needed to increase youth involvement and optimize the program's sustainability
