The purpose of this research is to review corporate responsibility towards crime victims. In a legal and ethical context, corporations have an obligation to ensure that their operations do not harm individuals or society. Corporate responsibility towards crime victims covers various aspects, including financial compensation, reputation restoration, and preventive measures to prevent the recurrence of similar incidents. This can include direct responsibility for employee actions or company policies that cause harm, as well as indirect responsibility through inadequate supervision. This study highlights the importance of effective legal mechanisms to enforce corporate accountability and protect victims' rights, as well as the need for stronger corporate ethics to prevent crime and ensure that victims receive the justice they deserve.
